SMART (Self-Management and Recovery Technology) is a new website to help people with psychosis. Swinburne University has created the site with the help of mental health workers, consumers and carers.
This website provides connection and new ideas for mental health recovery. There’s videos of real people sharing their stories of illness and recovery, a moderated social network, information to download and activities.
The SMART website is available through a research project at Swinburne University. It targets people over 18 who have experienced psychosis.
